EDD was obvious and ROY should be unanimous.  But this should boost Syl's MVP credentials significantly...

Indeed! Syl is hard in the running!

I wouldn't have a problem if Maya, Syl, EDD, McCoughtry. or Candace make MVP.

You can make a case for all but I do have McCoughtry at the bottom of the list.

The Sky have never been to the playoffs nor had a winning record for their entire history. This season not only did they make the playoffs but won twenty-four games. Production on that level should be awarded at the end of the season by the media. Fowles should win the MVP and of course EDD should win the rookie of the year.
There are only two players that I could accept winning the MVP over Fowles and that is Whalen and Moore from the Lynx. If the media give the award to anyone else then that would be a discredit to the above three players.

PS If they give the award to Parker I guess I could live with it but I will not be happy.

And in the points category EDD and Maya Moore are just about even, and in the assists category Sloot is just about even with Whalen. Brunson does not come close to Syl in rebounds.

We have a great team. They need to go into the series with Indiana recognizing just how good they are and play at that level.
