Sky @ Fever #2 GDT:

This Game is on ESPN2

                             24-10                                  16-18
                                  Possible Starting Lineups

                            G - Vandersloot              G - January
                            G - Prince                         G - Zellous
                            C - Fowles                        F - Larkins
                             F - Della Donne              F - Catchings
                             F - Cash                       G/F - Christmas

The Sky travel to Indy down 0-1 in danger of being swept in their first playoff appearance in team history. Indiana will not want to return to Chicago and will come out with the mindset to end the series.

For The Sky, ENERGY and INTENSITY must be the focus along with fierceness on the boards to extend this series. On defense they must avoid too much help defense which left Fever player with open 3 point shots. Indy shot 10 of 16 from three at Chicago.

Expect Sylvia Fowles to refuse to be denied in the post. Elena Delle Donne, Epiphanny Prince must stay involved offensively. The Sky has to defend, defend, and defend some more. Expect Pokey to show some 2-3 zone this game.

OK LADIES...REFUSE TO BE DENIED!!!

ENERGY...FOCUS...INTENSITY!!!

GO SKY!!!  Clap  Clap  Clap  Clap  Clap

I'm looking for a team with the mindset to not be denied today!

Sloot has to be more aggressive with the ball both passing and scoring.

EP and EDD must both stay engaged with the offense, they cannot disappear.

Big Syl has to play through the fouls as she has seen the refs are not calling much. Go up strong...make them foul and make your free throws.

Swin has to pick her spots also and be strong off the dribble.

I say again on defense...STOP HELPING TOO MUCH AND LEAVING YOUR WOMAN OPEN...too often this happened in game 1, leaving Fever players open for 3's.

I'm hoping to see Pokey alternate into the 2-3 zone at times to keep Indy off balance. The Sky must paly very discplined on defense.

TAKE IT TO THEM AGAIN, and AGAIN, AND AGAIN!!!

REBOUND REBOUND REBOUND. We need to capitalize on second chance points and deny Indy second chance points.

Big Syl needs to be the BEAST OF THE EAST. Piph needs to shoot the lights out. EDD, Sloot, Cash all need to do their part. The bench needs to show up, Quigley hit those threes, Young, lock down DEFENSE and hit a few buckets too. Shay, Warley and Campbell, make the most of your minutes on the court, rebound, steal, block, score.

It's going to take a complete team effort. Stay focused, play strong, be the aggressor.

I want to see the Sky win game 3 at the Allstate on Tuesday! GO SKY!!!

You all have said everything. Michael Cooper said something last night during the LA-Phoenix game that struck me: Rebounds = Rings. You don't win if you don't rebound. We have to step that up today.

I feel sick to my stomach waiting for this game to start. Hope to be at Allstate Tuesday night.

I'm so nervous waiting for the game to start. I'm looking at the clock and it's a minute later than the last time. Hard to keep it in perspective that watching the game is supposed to be entertainment.

They're starting to get assertive. Switch EP to point and make Quigley the shooter.
