Courtney Clements is leading the Israeli league in PPG right now. Not sure how much that means though, since someone named Atonye Nyingifa and a former UTEP player, Kayla Thornton, are right behind her. But I guess it can't be a bad thing to lead an entire league in points per game.

It doesn't matter. Clements is playing...and sure, the Israeli league doesn't have the talent of Euro League.

These players are also wanting to see parts of the world they desire to see.

Clements has a good mindset and plays both ends of the floor.

I can't say she'll remain with The Sky, but I hope she does!

I went back to working full time, so I'm not following overseas as much this year. Use this to have a quick link to Sky players:

Sky players are doing well overseas...Here are the stats with links;

Big Syl in China - 28ppg for Shanghai Octopus

Breland in South Korea - 13ppg for Shinhan Bank S-Birds

EP in Russia - 8.0ppg for Dynamo Kursk

Sloot in Poland - 7ppg and 5 apg for Wilsa Krakow

Quigley in Poland - 16ppg for Wilsa Krakow

Faulkner in Hungary - 15ppg and 5apg fpr PINKK Pecsi

TYoung in Brazil - 14ppg for UNINASSAU/America

Clements in Israel - 22ppg for Elitzur Maclaren Holon

Goodlett in South Korea - 12ppg for Woori Bank

Brandon is in Israel. She signed with Maccabi-Ramat-Hen. She's not on the roster though, so I don't know what's up with that.

I think Gatling will be playing after the the New Year, but I'm not sure.

*Links to links to eurobasket won't work from within The Sky website so I took the links out...

I think that the numbers are not good for EP as opposed to Quigley.

Clements and Faulkner are outstanding.

Big Syl is Big Syl. I hope she works on her confidence in her abilities and learn to stay within what she does best. What I mean by that is I would not mind to see Big Syl score only 10 points if she holds Griner (for example) to 10 points.

Thanks for the information T_Woddie.

There's a huge difference though UofD. The competition is much keener in Russia than Poland

Prince has a lot of good company on her team. She plays with N. Ogwumike and Seimone Augustus, as well as very good Russian players. She doesn't have to "carry the load" because she has good help

I think you'll see what I mean when Prince's team (Dynamo Kursk), plays Quigley's team (Wilsa Krakow). They will play each other January 15th.

Sharnee Zoll is 2nd in Poland in PPG. That's probably all you need to know about the Polish competition (nothing against Zoll, but she's never really been a scorer, even in college)

Wisla Krakow Poland (12-0 in Polish league) played Dynamo Russia 1st. time November 12. EP 18pts 2 asts. Sloot 18pts. 4 asts. Quigley 16pts. 2 ast. Wisla won 77-62. Wisla is the top rated team in Polish league and compete so-so in Euro league I watch Wisla TV on the Net for home games Quigley is having a good season as Shooter and Sloot runs the show for both offense & defense. I'm not sure EP can keep her starting spot against Quigley next year.
I WOULD AGREE WITH YOU BUT THEN WE'D BOTH BE WRONG

Wow! I wasn't aware of that...that is a shock to me. As for Quigley starting over EP...I can't see that at all...EXCEPT if EP hasn't resolved the issues she was having with burn out.

EP is too talented and versatile if her heart is in it.
