Ok Sky fans...HERE WE GO...starting at The Lynx.

Our first view of Our Ladies playing for keeps! While I'm still a bit stunned by the Coates trade, I think this is a very good team we have. If everyone plays to their potential....this is a playoff team!

There's good versatility and they can play any style. They definitely have to shoot much better than the two preseason games against Indy where they never got over 40 percent shooting.

My guess for the starting five in this game is:

Sloot-PG
Quigley-SG
Deshields-SF
Dolson-C
Parker-PF

I hope Sky Talk picks up too. COME ON SKY FANS...get in here and share thoughts as we push Our Ladies to success!!!

GET IT DONE SKY!!!

Our Ladies don't know how to play together yet. That became quite evident in the 2nd and 3rd quarters.

I have no clue what defensive strategy Wade has yet.

It was a bummer DeShields took that hard hit

From the game last night...the way Fowles dominated our bigs, shows why Kalani Brown was a better pick over Samuelson, (just saying). Still...I saw some good things from Samuelson last night...she wasn't a bad pick by no means but catching on to the speed of the WNBA, is a must for her.

* Why did Faulkner get no time in the game? I saw Jackson got good minutes but Faulkner should have gotten minutes in this game.

Not sure what's up with Dolson right now...but I think bringing her off the bench might help her. Start Lavender...she's better defensively.

*Copper started out forcing her game, but later played much better.

Parker was forcing her game too last night. Her defense was good though.

*The 2-3 players: DeShields, Williams, and Copper, have to stay aggressive at both ends of the floor.

Offensively, The Sky had no flow and mainly no really aggression off the dribble. Sloot has to take control, penetrate more, and more movement has to come from the rest of the offense for them to get better.

It's easy to see Wade's stamp on this team isn't there yet. The players don't seem to know one another well enough to get a good feel for each other...and with these first 4 games all being playoff teams...The Sky could easily be 0-4 if they don't pull together.

TOUGH GAME COMING AGAINST THE MYSTICS WEDNESDAY. LOTS OF WORK TO DO FOR OUR LADIES!!!
